The Town of Milton has passed by-laws to license body-rub parlours, adult videotape stores and adult entertainment establishments.
All owners, operators and attendants of body-rub parlours require business licenses according to By-law #37-2003.

All owners and operators of adult entertainment establishments require business licenses. In addition, all entertainers providing entertainment must be registered with the Town of Milton. By-law #54-2003 sets out the requirements with respect to licensing this type of business.
