Fire safety is an important responsibility for everyone. The consequences of poor fire safety practices and lack of emergency planning are especially serious in properties with a large occupant load or where processes or quantities of stored materials would pose a serious threat to the community and environment.
The implementation of a Fire Safety Plan helps to assure effective utilization of life safety features in a building, to protect people from fire. The required Fire Safety Plan should be designed to suit the resources of each individual building or complex or buildings.
