Registration

There are a variety of ways to register for Town of Milton recreation programs. Registration forms are included below. Complete details on registration are included in your Community Services Guide. Registered program fees do not include applicable taxes; drop-in fees include taxes.

Immediate Processing

Internet

Register on this website with Milton Online Registrations.

In Person

Visit the Milton Leisure Centre or Sports Centre.

Standard Processing

Drop Off

During business hours: Visit the Milton Leisure Centre, Seniors’ Activity Centre, Sports Centre or Town Hall.

After business hours: Drop off registration forms and payment in an envelope marked “Registrations” in the drop-box at Town Hall (near the doors facing Victoria Park).
